Returns Policy
All returns and exchanges must be requested and returned within 30 days of the date the package was delivered.
Please send an e-mail titled "Return Request" to info@sneakercloset.com with your invoice number and contact information. We can then instruct you from there the best method to go about returning the item.
When returning an item, the buyer pays for shipping back to Sneaker Closet. The shoes must be in original condition and packaging. If the shoes are in satisfactory condition, we will credit your PayPal account for the amount the buyer paid for the shoes less the standard shipping and handling fee. In addition a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.
